Problem:
The provision of new refreshment facilities and public toilets to replace outdated accommodation.
Solution:
New refreshment facilities are provided within a new extension to the existing building and a new free standing pavilion, integrated into a new landscaped area, provides improved toilet provision and incorporates a large roof canopy to protect a flower arranging area.
